I run workshops all over Australia. However I regularly run Workshops from my family’s Café Urban Projuice in Albert Park, Melbourne. Each Workshop is different. Sometimes they are more practicle like Cooking Classes and sometimes they are more theory based.
Each Retreat is different because the dynamic of the group and I am constantly learning, changing and adding to them.
Generally each morning we meditate together, followed by a Yoga/ Movement class. Then we do a walk in nature, a workshop on a specific topic in the afternoon, followed by some relaxation and rest and a documentary to finish the day. I run Juice fasting Detox Retreats, Intermittent Fasting Retreats and Wholefood Retreats where we cook each meal together.
Retreats are so effective because you fully live the lifestyle I promote and feel the difference even in the short time. I also run Retreats in Bali, which is an entirely different pleasurable experience.
I am an authentic and inspiring speaker who walks the talk. My message is that ‘Health is simple’ has helped inspire and change the lives of thousands of people world wide.
